By taking responsibility as your appointed Health and Safety and Employment Law Advisor, we will provide unlimited advice and assistance and work with you to write policies, contracts and manuals specifically designed to win new work, satisfy enforcers and provide protection from the financial and legal consequences of accidents, ill health and employee issues.

 

Meet the Team

Sam Green

Health & Safety Expert

Sam’s passion for helping people, and his qualifications including a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, NEBOSH Construction and Asbestos Management, means that he can serve small businesses struggling with health and safety, which he finds extremely rewarding. When he’s not working, Sam likes to spend time with his family and getting outdoors, cycling and exploring new places and new experiences.  Sam is currently studying to become a chartered member of IOSH.

Jacqui Green

Human Resources Expert

With a CIPD award in employment law and currently working towards Chartered membership of CIPD, Jacqui has over 14 years’ experience in HR, including work for NEBOSH, the examination board for health and safety. Jacqui can help your business to be legally compliant, providing expertise in a wide range of areas including recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, absence issues, mediation, occupational health and performance management.

Emma Harris

Operations Manager / Health & Safety Consultant

Emma has a broad range of health, safety and risk management skills, she has a Degree in Psychology and started her career in retail where she completed her NEBOSH General. After this she worked for a medium sized construction company providing health and safety support. Working with Greens Consultancy Services she has achieved Tech IOSH status and qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction.  Emma enjoys working with her clients to help them navigate the minefield of Health & Safety.  In her spare time Emma enjoys trying new and different sports and travelling.

Andrew Burbage

Health & Safety Consultant

Andrew joined Greens in December 2017 after 15 years in the Plant and Tool hire industry where he worked as a Senior Branch Manager and completed his NEBOSH General Certificate. Having managed a branch, he enjoys all aspects of Health and Safety and is dedicated to increasing his knowledge and giving high levels of customer service to our clients. Andrew also has a Degree in Natural Science along with additional qualifications he has achieved over the years such as a Level 3 teaching qualification and currently has Tech IOSH status.
In his spare time Andrew helps running a football club along with spending time with his wife and 3 young sons.

Sophie Atkins

Office Administrator

Sophie joined the team in January 2017 after working in travel for the majority of her working life. She is a proactive individual who is very process driven. She is looking forward to a new challenge and also working in a small team with a passion for what they do. Outside of work Sophie enjoys a busy family life and renovating her new house.

Ros Strupish

Office Administrator

Ros brings extensive administrative experience in the fields of education, training, engineering and consultancy. After employment as a PA in an engineering consultancy, she joined the admin team at Greens Consultancy in March 2018. Ros is keen to provide top-quality support to maximise the effectiveness of the consultants in their work with clients.
Outside of the office, Ros enjoys keeping fit by cycling and swimming. She is a keen gardener and DIYer and also dabbles in graphic design.
