By taking responsibility as your appointed Health and Safety and Employment Law Advisor, we will provide unlimited advice and assistance and work with you to write policies, contracts and manuals specifically designed to win new work, satisfy enforcers and provide protection from the financial and legal consequences of accidents, ill health and employee issues.

Sam Green

Health & Safety Expert

Sam’s passion for helping people, and his qualifications including a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, NEBOSH Construction and Asbestos Management, means that he can serve small businesses struggling with health and safety, which he finds extremely rewarding. When he’s not working, Sam likes to spend time with his family and getting outdoors, cycling and exploring new places and new experiences. Sam is a member of Holy Trinity Church in Leicester.

Jacqui Green - Human Resources Expert

Human Resources Expert

With a CIPD award in employment law and currently working towards Chartered membership of CIPD, Jacqui has over 14 years’ experience in HR, including work for NEBOSH, the examination board for health and safety. Jacqui can help your business to be legally compliant, providing expertise in a wide range of areas including recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, absence issues, mediation, occupational health and performance management.

Operations Manager / Health & Safety Consultant

Emma has a broad range of health, safety and risk management skills, she has a Degree in Psychology and started her career in retail where she completed her NEBOSH General. After this she worked for a medium sized construction company providing health and safety support. Working with Greens Consultancy Services she has achieved Tech IOSH status and qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction.  Emma enjoys working with her clients to help them navigate the minefield of Health & Safety.  In her spare time Emma enjoys trying new and different sports and travelling.

Wolete Dyke

Wolete joined Greens in June 2017 as part of the projected company growth. Wolete has several years’ site management experience working for some of the UK’s largest construction organisations. Her skills are also complemented with experience working as a health and safety advisor and the attainment of; Training Qualification, NEBOSH Construction and NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. Wolete is passionate about developing herself to ensure services to our clients are of good quality and of a higher standard than expected, which will undoubtedly encourage clients to return and recommend our services. Outside of work, Wolete is a keep fit enthusiast who has a disciplined exercise regime to ensure she achieves her monthly goal.

Stephen Melvin

Health & Safety Consultant

Stephen returned to health and safety and joined Greens Consultancy Services Ltd in April 2017 following some time in the Recruitment industry. His safety experience includes retail, logistics & distribution. He holds his NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH Fire Certificate and he is looking forward to increasing his knowledge and experience with our clients here at Greens Consultancy Services.

When not working, Stephen loves spending time with his wife and young son, keeping (relatively) fit and playing guitar.

Helen Warner

Office Manager

Helen’s background is in the travel industry. Her qualification in ILM Institute of Leadership & Management, experience in managing a large team and knowledge of process improvement and implementation ensures the smooth operation of our office. During her career she has enjoyed travelling extensively and has been lucky enough to experience a trip on the Orient Express and Concorde! In her spare time Helen enjoys keeping fit and getting involved in events at the local primary school.

Ruth Barrows

Human Resources Consultant

Ruth is a Level 7 qualified Human Resources professional with over twenty years’ experience in HR and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development .

Ruth brings a wealth of experience, having worked  at an advisory level for Fenwick and Marks and Spencer where she provided guidance and support on a wide range of HR disciplines.

Experienced in working in fast paced environments, she offers efficient and effective guidance on a broad range of HR issues and is able to provide commercial and compliant advice.

Outside of work Ruth enjoys family time and travelling.

Sophie Atkins

Office Administrator

Sophie joined the team in January 2017 after working in travel for the majority of her working life. She is a proactive individual who is very process driven. She is looking forward to a new challenge and also working in a small team with a passion for what they do. Outside of work Sophie enjoys a busy family life and renovating her new house.
