By taking responsibility as your appointed Health and Safety and Employment Law Advisor, we will provide unlimited advice and assistance and work with you to write policies, contracts and manuals specifically designed to win new work, satisfy enforcers and provide protection from the financial and legal consequences of accidents, ill health and employee issues.
Meet the Team
Health & Safety Expert
Sam’s passion for helping people, and his qualifications including a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, NEBOSH Construction and Asbestos Management, means that he can serve small businesses struggling with health and safety, which he finds extremely rewarding. When he’s not working, Sam likes to spend time with his family and getting outdoors, cycling and exploring new places and new experiences. Sam is currently studying to become a chartered member of IOSH.
Human Resources Expert
With a CIPD award in employment law and currently working towards Chartered membership of CIPD, Jacqui has over 14 years’ experience in HR, including work for NEBOSH, the examination board for health and safety. Jacqui can help your business to be legally compliant, providing expertise in a wide range of areas including recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, absence issues, mediation, occupational health and performance management.
Health & Safety Advisor
Emma has a broad range of health, safety and risk management skills, she has a Degree in Psychology and started her career in retail where she completed her NEBOSH General. After this she worked for a medium sized construction company providing health and safety support. Working with Greens Consultancy Services she has achieved Tech IOSH status and qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction. Emma enjoys working with her clients to help them navigate the minefield of Health & Safety. In her spare time Emma enjoys trying new and different sports and travelling.
Health & Safety Consultant
Andrew joined Greens in December 2017 after 15 years in the Plant and Tool hire industry where he worked as a Senior Branch Manager and completed his NEBOSH General Certificate. Having managed a branch, he enjoys all aspects of Health and Safety and is dedicated to increasing his knowledge and giving high levels of customer service to our clients. Andrew also has a Degree in Natural Science along with additional qualifications he has achieved over the years such as a Level 3 teaching qualification and currently has Tech IOSH status.
In his spare time Andrew helps running a football club along with spending time with his wife and 3 young sons.
Health & Safety Consultant
Julie joined Greens Consultancy Services in January 2019 with a desire to continue to grow her skills and to support your business, Julie will use her knowledge, experience and apply a methodical and logical approach. Julie started her journey in Health and Safety in 2011 where she worked as a Health and Safety Advisor covering 23 sites in the UK for a paper and packaging merchant, supporting functions on health and safety including, logistics, conversion and machine works, distribution and office. Julie has recently gained her level 5 Safety Diploma and has achieved her GradIOSH Status. Additional to this Julie is a competent internal auditor, DSE assessor and manual handling instructor.
Julie is a keen motorsport fan especially F1 and BTCC, and in her spare time enjoys walking her dog and participating in dog agility and all aspects of training.
Health & Safety Advisor
Brian joined Greens Consultancy in March 2019. He has working experience in retail, leisure, construction and logistics. Brian is interested in pushing for positive culture change and enjoys applying modern interactive training methods to achieve this with his Clients. He also enjoys customer service and is happy to assist our clients in their Health and Safety requirements. Brian has completed his NEBOSH Construction Certificate. He also has qualifications in Project Management, Education and Training and a degree in Communication and Culture.
Brian enjoys music, travel and interacting with different people from all walks of life.
Trainee Health & Safety Consultant
David joined Greens in April 2019 after gaining knowledge and understanding of health and safety in the Education & Care and Manufacturing Industries. David has developed his knowledge and understanding within health and safety over a short period of time, gaining NEBOSH qualifications, General, Fire & Construction. David is in the process of completing the NVQ Level 6 in occupational health and safety practice, once achieved his IOSH status will be promoted from Tech to Graduate member. David is eager to continue and expand his knowledge and experience within a variety of industries offering the best support and advise to all of our clients. David is a real people person and is genuinely interested to learn about the people he meets and the industries you work in.
David is a big family man, travelling all over the world regularly to be able to catch up and spend as much time together with them as possible. David takes the time to appreciate the small things in life that can sometimes easily be taken for granted.
Ros brings extensive administrative experience in the fields of education, training, engineering and consultancy. After employment as a PA in an engineering consultancy, she joined the admin team at Greens Consultancy in March 2018. Ros is keen to provide top-quality support to maximise the effectiveness of the consultants in their work with clients.
Outside of the office, Ros enjoys keeping fit by cycling and swimming. She is a keen gardener and DIYer and also dabbles in graphic design.
