Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Predominately East Midlands
Job Type: Permanent, part time
Remuneration: £19,500 per annum pro rata plus commission
Hours: Approx. 8 – 12 hours per week

If so, we want to hear from you today. We are looking for an individual with at least 12 months successful experience in target driven sales to join us as a Sales Manager to accelerate our continual growth.  The role is supported by an experienced team.

The role provides an opportunity to earn an attractive commission by engaging with the following;

  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, telephone enquiries, presentations, meetings with prospective clients at their premises etc).
  • Send prospective literature and “following up”.
  • Discuss the products and services on offer and produce a bespoke package.
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

About you:

  • An experienced and skilled sales executive with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills who is self-motivated and driven.
  • Energetic, prepared to undertake a number of tasks, have an engaging phone manner, be passionate about delivering value to customers.
  • A full UK driving licence and their own vehicle (all work-incurred expenses reimbursed).

The package:

  • Salary: £19,500 (£10 p/h) per annum pro rata (dependent on hours worked) plus commission.
  • Benefits: Mobile phone, laptop + 28 holidays (pro-rata, including bank holidays), full company benefits, hours and days worked can be flexible.

HR Consultant

Position: HR Consultant (Human Resources Consultant)

Salary: £20,000 to £27,000 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience

We are looking for an individual with at least 12 months experience in HR to join us as a HR Consultant. The role is supported by an experienced team and the successful candidate will receive support and training to enable them to grow in their knowledge and ability.
Greens Consultancy Services specialises in HR. We serve and protect our clients with straightforward solutions that save time, money and keep business compliant with legal requirements.

The successful candidate will manage their own client, and work in this role could include:

– Undertaking HR audits and reviews at clients’ premises both for new and existing clients in order to determine their current HR strengths, risks and liabilities.
-Supporting the client on and off site to proactively manage their HR function.
-Reviewing, assessing and updating client documentation including correspondence letters, contractual documentation and policies and procedures.
About you:

– A minimum CIPD level 5 (or equivalent)
– Experience in providing a range of HR generalist and employment law advice.
– Experience in HR Consultancy would be desirable
– Ability to deal with difficult situations sensitively as well as practically
– Ability to research latest employment law and best practice
– Good presentation skills
– Ability to relate to, engage with, motivate and inspire business owners and leaders coaching, encouraging, training and informing clients and their employees
– High levels of attention to detail as well as the ability to communicate with clarity, both written and verbally
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– High levels of self-motivation, coupled with a willingness to learn as well as to take on extra responsibilities
– Excellent IT skills
– A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (all work incurred expenses are reimbursed)

You will be based from our Leicestershire office with the need to visit sites as required. In return you will receive a salary of £20,000 – 27,000 p.a. (dependent on qualifications and experience).
